Defective or wrongly shipped items will be returned at the expense of Enforced Obedience, and where necessary replacement items shipped or refunds issued.
Goods must be returned un-opened, and must have been treated with reasonable care whilst in the possession of the person in receipt, and all goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. All manufacturers shrink wraps, seals, boxes and packages must remain in tact and sealed.
Any items returned to Enforced Obedience due to the incorrect input of address by a customer, or due to failed delivery attempts by the Royal Mail will be re-sent to the customer, and they will be charged for the relevant postage. Customers who do not reply to our attempts to contact them or who refuse to pay for the re-postage of goods run the risk of failing to receive the goods they have purchased, however refunds can be made after Enforced Obedience’s postage costs have been deducted.
