When you pleace an order this will be treated as an offer to purchase goods and is not a binding contract, however please note that Enforced Obedience prides itself on unparalleled service levels.
 
All items which are supplied by Enforced Obedience are sold as novelty items, and are available only to those over 18 years old. We take no responsibility for the usage of items supplied, or for activities undertaken.  We stress the need for responsibility when using items purchased, or engaging in services provided, to our customers.
 
Neither Enforced Obedience nor those representing it, accept any legal liability what-so-ever for any loss, injury, damage or distress caused by the use of this site, nor for any diagnosis made based in its content. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to use their items and services purchased safely and within the laws by which they are governed.
 
Enforced Obedience makes no claims about the medicinal or therapeutic properties of any of the products sold, nor will we be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage or distress caused by usage of items, activities or services we supply.  Those who undertake training programs and other services do so at their own risk, and all activities are undertaken are entered into by their own free will.

All items purchased from Enforced Obedience are dispatched in plain packaging with no visible description of the contents, require a signature on delivery and are fully insured. Any purchases made with credit cards, using the highly secure World Pay system will show up as EO.ltd on your credit card statement to ensure our service is truly discreet.

When you place a purchase with Enforced Obedience you will be asked to supply your contact details and a valid email address. You can then use this email address and the password sent to you to speed up future purchases or to check on the status of your order.

Overseas Orders
 
Overseas orders will be shipped using the royal mail’s International Signed For service, and will be fully insured. All prices are in UK pounds and the exchange rates used will be dictated by WorldPay.
 
You can estimate them for yourselves using www.xe.com but please note that the exact rates used by WorldPay may differ slightly.

Your Cancellation rights
 
In accordance with the statutory instrument for Distance Selling, known as the Consumer Protection Regulations which came into force in October 2000, Enforced Obedience offers a 100% Guarantee on all products and services. 
 
Customers have the right to cancel their purchases up to 7 days after placing their order.
 
If you wish to cancel please follow the instructions below.
 
DO NOT OPEN THE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING YOUR ITEM IS IN.
 
Contact Enforced Obedience, by email within 7 days of ordering         returns@enforcedobedience.com - stating your order number and reason for returning goods.
 
You may also call 0845 474 2829 but we will also need your request in email or letter form.
 
Our Rights
 
Due to the nature of the items sold at Enforced Obedience we retain the right to refuse the return of any items which have been opened or used – please see below.
 
Enforced Obedience retains the right to cancel your order at any time. This will occur particularly if……
 
We suspect that the customer is less than 18 years of age.
 
We are unable to process your payment.
 
We suspect there may be fraudulent usage of Credit Cards or bank accounts
 
We deem the purchaser of items or services to be unfit or unsuitable to use purchases or participate in services.
 
We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order.
